A Capsule filler is a type of machine used to fill empty capsules with pharmaceutical ingredients. In this article, I will show you the proper procedure of using capsule filler.
Prepare the materials: Capsule Filling Plates (Capsule Filler), Hollow Capsules, Herbal Powder, and Bowl.
Separate the hollow capsules into Capsule Cap and Capsule body.
Place the Alignment Plate on the Body Plate, then pour about 130 pcs capsule bodies into the Alignment Plate.
Gently shake the capsule bodies into the Body Plate holes with the mouth upward.
Pour out the extra capsule bodies and remove the Alignment Plate. Make sure the mouth of the capsule body is upward.
Pour the powder into the Body Plate. Don't pour too much at a time. Try several times.
Scrap back and forth with the powder spreader to fill each capsule with powder.
To install more powder, please use Powder Pressing Plate (tamping tool) to press the powder down into the capsule and fill more powder.
Capsule Caps Arrangement: Place the alignment plate on the Cap Plate, then pour about 130 pcs capsule caps into the Alignment Plate. Gently shake the capsule caps into the Cap Plate holes with the mouth upward.
Pour out the extra capsule caps and remove the Alignment Plate. Make sure the mouth of the capsule caps is upward.
Place the Middle Plate on the Cap Plate and the side with an upward indentation of the Middle Plate.
Tum the Cap Plate and the Middle Plate upside down and put them on the Body Plate.
Gently shake to· match the capsule cap and body mouth. When they match, press down the Cap Plate to compact the capsules until they are locked.
Remove the cap plate, gently tap the middle plate, and the capsule drops into the container.
